SCHOOLS SNOWSPORTS FESTIVALS

As well as competitive events the SSSA delivers a series of school Snowsports Festivals at selected Scottish Mountains in early March. 

These events are deigned to provide schools with the opportunity to bring as many pupils as they wish, to a Scottish Mountain Ski Centre, to try various types of ski and snowboard activities from easy slalom race courses to beginner freestyle parks. 

We will have coaches on hand to give out those invaluable tips to get you going and, if it can be organised, we will also have a learning zone where pupils will have the opportunity to meet ski patrol teams and piste preparation staff, who will demonstrate and explain how they operate, and show pupils their equipment.
